What happens with your data.

How sign-in, Fortnox data and site statistics work. Last updated 26 August 2026.

01

What data is processed?

When you connect, we store the sign-in needed to keep the Fortnox link active. When you ask a question, we retrieve the Fortnox data needed for the call you approved. We may also keep short technical logs for security and troubleshooting.

02

How is the sign-in used?

The sign-in is used only to fetch the data you ask ChatGPT for. You can turn the connection off at any time in Fortnox. Your Fortnox password is not shared with us.

03

Website statistics

The website may send the page path, language, referring page and timestamp to our own statistics. We set no analytics cookies, honour Do Not Track and do not collect page content. The aim is to understand how the site is used.

04

Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal data. Fortnox data reaches ChatGPT only when you have approved the call. We do not share the data with other products by default.

05

How long, and what you can do

Data is kept only as long as needed for the connection, security and the law. You disconnect by revoking access in Fortnox.
